Best meal I ever ate:
my personal best ...foie gras at Vertige, just seared tuna at Europea and Montego (QC city), sweet breads at 5e péché, dessert at Laloux, overall experience at Brunoise, and many more depending on the company and setting! Some travel highlights: best ...charcuterie in Corsica and Andalucia, swordfish in the Azores, fish and chips in Edinburgh, Pina Colada in Costa Rica...

Cosmo or anything bubbly!
