Sunset Easy Basics for Good Cooking, printed in 1976. My mom received it as a wedding present and I've been cooking out of it since I was a teenager. Also the Better Homes & Gardens Red Plaid Cookbook, the King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion, and my new favorite, How to Cook Everything.
