Trip to DC in September

My wife and I are vacationing in DC in september and would like some suggestions for good food. We are spending 3 nights in the DC area, one of them in the Georgetown area. For dinner, from browsing this board already, I think I like the sound of Hank's Oyster bar and the Counter Reservation at Sushi Taro for 2 of our nights. The 3rd night I'm thinking something in Georgetown area, possibly with a water view? Food quality is more important than water view, but both would be nice.

Your thoughts on these choices and any suggestions for lunch, breakfast, or additional dinner choices. Budget is kinda open, we are on vacation and want to enjoy it. We're staying at the Hotel Sofitel in Lafayette Square and will be relying on public transpo. We're coming from dallas so seafood is high on the list as the seafood here is mediocre.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Dinner for 30 near the Melrose hotel - Dallas

I'm having a reception dinner for approximately 30 people in November and need some ideas for good eats near the Melrose hotel in Oak lawn.

Just about any cuisine will do as long as the food is good and they can accomodate my party. A seperate room is ideal but not necessary.

Thanks much in advance for suggestions and assistance,

Can't go wrong with Masami on Beltline and 75. Always excellent sushi at standard prices.

Allen/Mckinney eats?

I tried Little Sichuan last night and it was Great! Me and the woman went a little nuts wanting to try dishes so ended up ordering 4 things. The tea smoked duck was really good. Dan Dan noodles were incredible! We ordered the fresh special of the day too which was a chicken dish with a strange but delicious chinese lettuce I've never seen before. That fresh chicken/lettuce dish was our favorite! Last dish we ordered was the Cumin dried beef. That was my least favorite. Too much cumin... that's all i tasted. Three of the four were absolutely delicious tho and we'll be back for sure.

Still looking for more foodie ideas in Allen/Mckinney. It can't be that dead up here can it?

Allen/Mckinney eats?

Just recently moved to Fairview (small town nestled between Allen and Mckinney) and I'm looking for good "foodie" places that are close by. My tastes are varied so I guess I'm just looking for any really good food around here. Thanks in advance for the replies.
