where to eat in paris?

I will be in paris from march 26 to 30. my first time there.

I am seeking recommendations on restaurants, bakeries, cafes, etc.

What are the top four restaurants in the 50 euro range? (a bit more is ok, I would like to splash out once or twice)

What are the top four casual dining (simple sandwiches, etc) recommendations?

where should I go for crepes, croissants, breads, pastries, etc. What are the very best bakeries?

I am totally overwhelmed and don't even know where to start. Basically, I would welcome any and all recommendations on where a first time visitor who LOVES TO EAT and wants to experience as much of the Paris food scene should be sure to go during a four day stay.
