Stuffed cabbage and what wine? Thanks for all the responses- will go with a Julienas - Beaujolais Village that Collioure recommended. |

Stuffed cabbage and what wine? I believe that the cabbage and tomato sauce present a problem for selecting a wine. We are open to either red or white but red is our preference. Can you make a suggestion? |

Orlando environs - Any BYOB restaurants or recommended nominal corkage fees? We are traveling to this area and would like to bring along some fine bottles. Can anyone make suggestions for us? |

Seeking wine shop in Sunny Isles, Aventura or Hollywood Have learned about Wine Watch in Ft. Lauderdale and was impressed with its scope; however, it is far away from our location. Are there any stores to recommend in the area? (We know about Whole Foods and Total Wines.) |

Seeking eggplant parmigiana in the Sunny Isles area... New renters would love to have that dish once a week and would appreciate take-out or dine-in recs. We tend to like minimal or no breading and avoid versions with a sweet tomato sauce. Any special versions you could suggest as we drive around the area- Miami to Delray Beach would make us happy. Thanks, in advance. |

Sunny Isles, Aventura, etc.- need recs for reasonable restaurants Have used the guidebooks and find they don't list everyday restaurants that local people enjoy. We love all ethnic foods and would love suggestions as we are new residents in the area. Thanks, in advance, for your help... |

I will be ordering a case to be held for my arrival and wondered if anyone has tried any whites or reds.Last year, I loved the Dead Letter Shiraz that was in the promotion. I have found Chowhounders suggestions to be helpful in the past. Any recs? Thanks, in advance! |

Downtown Providence for dinner Sorry for omitting more details. As New Yorkers, we are open to all ethnic foods, but especially love Italian cuisine. The price range you mentioned is acceptable to us so if there are no other recs, I'll just choose one of your suggested places. We do enjoy BYOB restaurants, but am not sure they are legal in your area. Much thanks,Gin n Tonic for your response. |

Gala Restaurant in the Orchards Hotel- Williamstown, Ma.- The Berkshires Was a fan of this restaurant many years ago when European chefs rotated into the kitchen. Was wondering if the current chef is doing a great job. Has anyone tried it lately? |

Do you know of any new restaurants coming/in the Berkshires? I noticed one that closed- Aroma's second restaurant that opened in the Allendale Mall. No news of a replacement. However, the renovations at Koto look almost finished... Have heard good reports about Jae's Asian Bistro in Lenox.- talk is that reservations are needed. |

Sunday night in Albany- What's open and specially delicious? Berkshire Chowhounds plan to drive to the Spectrum and heard recs re New World Bistro Bar- is it that outstanding? If not, we'd like to try some well-done ethnic restaurants- we are open to all cuisines. We have been to Angelo's Prime for an upscale dinner and loved it and Buffalo Wagon for Chinese food and enjoyed that as well. Looking for something new to try. Thanks, in advance, for your suggestions. |

Staying at the Doubletree Portland (downtown)- any breakfast recs? We like whole wheat pancakes or just freshly-made bagels. Alternatively, would try anything where the omelettes are inventive. Can you help? |

Seeking take-out or eat-in eggplant parmigiana in Latham/Colonie area Thanks for this recommendation. We really prefer to bring home the finished product and freeze for future use. I was in the area last week and tried Cardona's for take-out. Their preparation was satisfactory but will give Genoa Importing a try next time I drive to Albany... |

Seeking take-out or eat-in eggplant parmigiana in Latham/Colonie area We love the dish but find that most pizza places use canned sauce that is too sweet for our palates. Can anyone recommend a place that does a great preparation? |
|

Italian- Giovanni Venticinque or Felice 83. I think they are now the best in the area... |
|
|
Felice 83 on the UES- has anyone tried it yet? Walked pass this very attractive restaurant and noted a high Zagat rating on the signage. Is it as good as it looks? |
