Best meal I ever ate:

In Napoli under a pergola dripping with flowers and Vesuvius to my left. Platters of fresh seafood followerd bt the most amazing fruit ices I've ever tasted or seen.

My current drink of choice:

vodka on the rocks, but I usually stick with vino rosso

I really wish I could:

Make pasta like Piero's cousin Maria, go on a gastronomic tour of Italy.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

I've got quite a few..rabbit with sage and rosemary, rabbit stuffed with artichokes and tarragon, chestnut risotto,tortelli con patate with bolognese ragu...

My favorite comfort food:

potato leek soup for starts

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

I like all the little trattorie here in Tuscany. No favs in the States..loved Barolo in Dc but it closed. Everything there soooo expensive!
