Michael Symon's Roast in Detroit. Best charcuterie plate...I could have just had several of these for dinner.

My favorite comfort food:
Velveeta and raw onion sandwich with a dab of Miracle Whip and lots of ground pepper. You can't go anywhere near another person for hours afterward.
