Thanksgiving....wild boar tenderloin, whole goose......homemade rabbit stuffing, crispy yellow squash, corn/granny apple/lardon hash....home grown and homemade pumpkin pie did u win? yes

'the annual' bourbon and homemade ginger ale

I really wish I could:

mix the genes of an apple and a raspberry and call it a 'razzle'

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

anchovy wrapped quail eggs to start along side truffle buttered and oven baked garlic bread sticks....salad being iceberg wedge with lardons, blue chz chunks, scallion and jalapenos with a drizzle of homemade blue cheese dressing.....main curse being a either wild boar tenderloin or a prime rib with homemade horseradish cream dressing..........for afterword negroni'z for all and a mix of imported french chocolates
