My current drink of choice:
Rum. Price for quality, it is hard to beat. I love it mixed with fancy ginger beer or with limeade concentrate, ginger ale and a splash of campari.
I really wish I could:
get paid to travel the world and eat and learn to cook what I am eating while I am at it.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
I like to switch it up. People respond well to my fig, carmelized onion and feta stuffed phylo purses
My favorite comfort food:
Hard to say - either pizza or hamburgers
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Soba (PGH), Uncle Sam's (PGH), Hummingbird Room (outside State College), Birchwood Cafe (MSP), and... undecided
