Help...need ideas for one or two bite appetizers for Christmas Party

Honeydew with prosciutto - I saw one plate that had cubed honeydew with a scoop out of the top for the prosciutto to go in. Very attractive and tasty

Lunch in Yardley/Morrisville?

Charcoal is also very nice. Like the Yardley Inn, it sits on the Delaware River. The food is really creative and consistently good. At lunch, they have "standards" but done with a twist

Ocean City, MD All You Can Eat Crabs

We have gone to Hooper's (on the other side of the bridge) - great view and good crabs. We've also eaten at Higgen's and plan on trying Bahama Mama's this summer when we are down next week. We've gotten bushels of crabs from Bahama Mama's but only for take out. Crabs are always great.

Needing restaurant advice please

The Palm has a beautiful private room in the back - very Mad Men vibe! We had a great meal I recall, you can order off the menu or set one for your guests. Great martinis

Birthday dinner for my 15 year old daughter in Phila or New Hope area

Looking for someplace "hip and trendy" (her words!) for a family birthday Philadelphia, New Hope or somewhere in Bucks - we live in Yardley. We are all adventurous eaters. Have done Distrito, Pod, El Vez, Opa - looking for some ambiance and good food. Thoughts?

Restaurants in/near Bethlehem

we ended up eating at Horns - really funky and fun. Loved everything we had - felafel, Cubano and chicken tacos. The vibe was great and we all appreciated the organic emphasis. Will keep this list as I anticipate many trips to the area.

Sesame PLace - Anything close to get food with kids?

A few miles away there is a great Mexican place, Cancun...very family friendly and good, fresh food. Highly recommend...especially over the chain restaurants. It's down the road in the shopping center with the IHOP and A-1 Japanese Steak House..

Lunch in Yardley

A few ideas - Canal Street Grille - Greek based menu, lots of non-meat, reasonably priced. Continental Tavern - bar food, etc. Yardley Inn - more upscale, on the river - a great prix fix lunch menu. Charcoal Steaks and Things....hamburgers, etc. Christine's - Italian style....

let me know where you decide. We've had good meals at all of them!

Jelly Donuts or Sticky Buns, Ocean City, Md?

Another donut idea - the gas station on about 143rd street (it's next to a seafood market and near Phillips - the donuts are fried every morning - nothing fancy - plain, choco frosted with sprinkles and cinnamon - but really good. they're cakier and not as sweet as Fractured Prune.

Charcoal in Yardley

there were 5 of us - so we ate a good portion of the menu! We shared the duck quesadilla appetizer - not so impressive. I found the sesame crackers an odd choice. For entrees, the star of the evening was the roasted lamb shank with pea puree - outstanding! The scallops with the bbq risotto were large, sweet and well seared, the bbq risotto was just odd - it tasted more like tomato soup rice. The fried chicken was great; the trout was good but the outstanding part of that dish was the potato salad underneath - lemony! My daugter had the hamburger - really good and a bargain at $11. Dessert was a special, a deconstructed snickers bar - good but not a good value at $11 (seemed odd, with most of the entrees no higher than 25 or 26$). I would definitely go back - but they only change their menu twice a year ... and we ate many of the entrees.
