Miss Foodie, you sound like you know your food. I will try the Bison when I go back there. Is the mousse on the regular menu? Is the Duck Poutine? I tried to go to Bistro during 'Dine Out' but it was booked solid.

Bistro 2210 - Calgary
Ate at this Bistro a couple of times in the last month and have really enjoyed it. The 'Duck 2 Ways' is what I had both times and it was delicious. I paired this with a Sicilian red (can't remember the name) that they pour by the glass. You can drive right by and miss the place but if you can find it, it is worth the money. Prices are in the 20's and below but the food quality is top notch. I am not sure how long they have been there but I was pleased and plan to return.
