Everything that fast food isn't. Locally grown or produced, intensely flavorful without massive infusions of sugar and fat, prepared fresh and with respect for the ingredients, served graciously and eaten with others who savor the experience of eating. Wow, that's a mouthful.

will be in Jupiter/West Palm Beach for a week and am looking for Slow Food type food or experiences. Local-unique to the area eats. High end,low end,Mom and pops.
