7 Course Prix-Fixe Menu at Fleur de lys in Las Vegas. The meal was the first to really pop my palette's cherry. That night I ate escargot, fois gras, quail legs, quail eggs, and basil sorbet among other dishes. It was also the first time I had a 2001 Silver Oak Cabernet, which to date is still my favorite wine.
