Wow - that's tough - Some Thai Dish a Ler Roos in SF.... Chuck Roast done on the BBQ - with Chimichurri? a couple of the Thanksgivings I have done with clsoe friends and great cooks..
My current drink of choice:
Vodka with Orgina (try it I swear) or a straight up gin Martini (bombay Saffire - with a blue cheese olive).
I really wish I could:
BBQ every night - there are trade off's living in SF - but worth it.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Mussels with Hard Cider, Chorizo and Saffron. Or my Red Pepper Dip with Feta, basil and sundried tomatoes.
My favorite comfort food:
I hate that term - all food is comforting... that said, my tuna salad with dill, macerated red onion and rice wine vinegar is something I always love.
