Also try to get Iranian Saffron, and don't buy Saffron Powder (it's far too easy for unscrupulous traders to adulterate, and at the price of Saffron that's a BIG mark-up they make - buy Saffron Threads, always

Cake Always Falls
My dear old Mum's Fruit Cakes occasionally did this - I called them her "Volcano Cakes" (we lived about 150 feet above sea level!)
But I LOVED the gooey centre - and the best thing was that - I GOT TO EAT ALL OF IT!
