I am looking for special dishes not listed on the menu at Keung Kee.
I have already tried the live shrimps, the big shrimps in Maggi sauce and I know they have goat hot pot.
Can someone advise me other special dishes not listed on the menu (especially the English one).

Would you mind to indicate me 4 very good chinese dishes in this restaurant (the dishes that do not appear in the French/English menu). Maybe you can spell it in phonetic....I wish I could speak Chinese one day.
I just went in that restaurant the other day but I ordered basic cantonese noodles and this is not a dish you can eat for your entire diner.....:)

Hi,
I though that dashi + soy sauce + mirin were necessary ingredients to put in a Ramen. Am I wrong ?
I don't like to much instant bonito fish dashi. Do you know where I can find other flavours (which brands) and do you know a famous Japanese brand for Instant Ramen Soup ?
