Atlanta-- meet the parents.
This weekend my folks are meeting my fiance's folks for the first time. All is going to go super well and I'm sure everyone will get along, but we haven't nailed down dinner plans yet (which may be a problem since it's valentine's day).
My dad is a FAB cook and my sweetie's mom is a baker, so we've got a tough crowd to please but don't want to spend a ton of money on fancy appetizers or pretty presentation. just good food. maybe in the $-$$$ range. Anyway, i thought i'd see if anyone has any dinner suggestions. My thoughts are Little Bangkok (it's so delish but can be loud and crowded) and Murphys or the Atlanta Fish Market. I wondered about Baraonda, Portofino Bistro, and Six Feet Under. Thoughts? Other suggestions? Thanks!
