Read a novel a day; Eat an orange at a reasonable pace; Sail & Surf; Cook for my family and friends every night

Braised Morrocan-Spiced Chicken Legs or Beef Bourguignon or Braised Lamb Shanks (things that can be prepared in advance!)

Any of my dad's cooking (especially his grilled cheese) or my Aunt Sherry's Dumplings
