If you only had 4 dinners in Paris where would they be?
souphie you are so amazingly helpful! So do you think I should make a reservation at la reglade or l ami jean knowing that chicken is the only meat I eat. They have such great reviews but i fear there wont be anything for me to eat....
Also, we will be getting in saturday afternoon. I was thinking we might be a bit jetlagged so we should make it a more carefree evening. Any recommendations?? Should we walk around the latin quarter or germain de pres and grab a casual dinner? any place in particular?
Has anyone been to these places??
So I have good responses on dilvio and san giacomo....i need one more suggestion....preferrably about 50 euros per person for dinner...cozy and romantic

Bellagio and Lake Como...where to dine???
I wont have a car. I am staying in the Hotel Florence in Bellagio but am willing to travel to tremezzo or como or somewhere else close for a great, resonably priced dinner. The price of Silvio sounds fantastic!
Chez Denise
Greg thanks so much for your reply. I think that sounds perfect for me because i am not typically a "three course meal eater" Do you have any other recommendations in the same price range?

If you only had 4 dinners in Paris where would they be?
Keeping in mind as fabulous as Le Cinq might be I would rather not have dinner in a Ritz....if you have four dinners to spend about 50 Euros per person Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues nights.....which 4 restaurants would you choose?
I dont get to travel much so I want to make the most of my trip. I would love great food, wine, and atmosphere to really experience Paris.
What would your 4 places be???
Please help with Paris lunch and dinner recommendations
First off....just wondering if I need to make reservations for lunch as well as dinner?
I will be in Paris Sat, Sun, Mon and Tues nights (leaving Wed morning) We are arriving around 2:00pm on Sat afternoon and will be staying at Le Saint Beuve near the Luxemborg Gardens.
**My issue is that I dont eat the typical French meats like Duck, Veal, PIgeon, Frog, Goose...fish etc. I am looking for places with good vegetarian options or chicken options but I loooooooove french food and still want good authentic dishes in authentic parisian atmospheres.
Price: I dont mind having a couple meals that are around $75 per person but I would like to keep most the lunches around $15-35 per person if possible and a couple of the dinners $25-$45 per person if possible.
I would greatly appreciate any input I can get. Thank you in advance for your help!
