Camden, Rockport, Rockland,Tenents Harbor,Thomaston,Maine "Reds" on Rt. 1 - at a bridge entrance. On th eleft before you cross the bridge going North. Very small little box of a place. Very Best lobster rolls in the state - they are a whole lobster. I think it is either before or after the bridge through Rockland or maybe BoothBay. |

Bistro De La Gare in Manhattan at 626 Hudson Street at Jane St. One of their popular dishes is the duck confit. Also on the menu currently is duck rillettes, which is made from duck confit.
