Buying raw fish
This list is good for fresh sashimi but no where does it cover frozen, restaurant quality sashimi. Once a place like Uwajimaya defrosts it we cannot re-freeze. Now that Sashmi Outlet is gone, does anyone know of place to buy frozen sashimi?

Life after Sashimi Outlet in Bellevue?

New member here.
Sashimi Outlet in Bellevue was one of my favorite places to shop. I found out tonight that they have gone out of business. Does anyone have a recommendation for a place to purchase frozen, small to mid quantity restaurant grade sashimi and other seafood items in the Seattle area?
Sashimi Outlet is recommending Uwajimaya which is fine but it is much more expensive than SO was. Please let me know if you know where to go now. Heck, where do the restaurants go? Can retail shoppers go there?
