Buffalo burgers/steaks in Oklahoma City area
I'm not sure of any resturants here in Oklahoma City, that serve Buffalo meat.
But there "is" a meat market, where you can buy buffalo patties and 1# pkgs. of the buffalo burgers.
It is "Wheeler's Meat Market." It's a very small market, fust east of I-35 (S.) - exit on S.E. 44th St., and go east about a block or less. It's on the south (right) side, as you're headding east on 44th.
Buffalo meat is much better for you to eat - especially if it is "organic." that is what Wheeler's sells.
Buffalo is very low in fat - has NO cholesterol in it. It also does not have the steroids and the 'growth hormone' that beef and other meats have in them - thus helping the obesity epidemic, currently in the news here in America. What you eat, you become (fat-wise anyway).
