knife sharpening in denver

I've taken a couple of hunting knives too the butcher shop b-4 and i could literaly shve with them after. Only thing is they do grind them down some.

Knives?

I need a good knife or set of knives. Any recomendations? Something that will last, and not too hard too sharpen. Oh yeah and will cut steak, roasts, and just about anything.

good bbq (PHX)

i would like too mention a couple of good bbq places, and then ask for some opinions on other good bbq. i love Bobby-Q's on I-17. I also like Phoenix BBQ on 51st and Northern.
