Hard Eight BBQ (coppell, tx)
Don't ever, ever, even think about going here...ever. I must say that the only saving grace is it's atmosphere. Call me old fashioned, but at the end of the day, I don't go out to eat for atmosphere, but rather the food. The asbolutely worst bbq I've ever had, not to mention it will bleed your wallet dry. This is coming from a New Orleans born and Texas raised food coniseaur that appreciates cheap simple food to high dollar delicacies. This place serves nothing except fales hopes. I would rather starve.
Good food in Arlington
Their deep dish totally rocks! Something they took off the menu that you can still order is the blacked cajun shrimp alfredo pizza that makes you wanna show your "O" face. Don't forget to try the beer sampler. Jeremiah Red is my fave.

I definitely concur on Nizza Pizza. I'm a deep dish lover, but their thin crust is off the chain. Make sure to get some of their french bread too! I ended up getting their bread guy's number and just order directly from him now. Best of all.....it's BYOB, which makes for a great relaxing dinner on Friday that doesn't break the bank.
Dining in Dallas
New to the site, but not to food! For Dallas, make sure you hit up Perry's Steakhouse. The steak is great, but that's not the main attraction. If you like fried softshell crabs, then you have to check out the tempura fried lobster tail w/ a white gravy like bearnaise sauce(like hollandaise). The thing is the size of a catcher's mit and you could easily have it as a meal b/w the two of you w/ a few sides. It was $50 last time I went, but definitly worth awesome goodness!
