I bought ramps at Balducci's in Bethesda last year - haven't been there lately though.

I second the food at Mussel Bar, especially the pork belly flat bread if available.
A couple of quick options are Taylor Gourmet on Woodmont for Philly style sandwiches, and Cava Mezze Grill on Bethesda Ave, which pairs Chipotle style service with fresh Greek food, very delicious.

I had them on pizza at 2 Amy's last Sunday night and again last night on a pork belly dish at Black's in Bethesda. Would love to find them at a farmers market too, if anyone knows a place?
Meals for less than $5 in Gaithersburg/Germantown/Rockville area
It's not a restaurant, but on the 2nd floor at the Harris Teeter off Rockville Pike, they have a $5 create your own meal in the deli. You choose one meat option (grilled chix, pork tenderloin, meatballs, etc) and two side items (tons to choose from) The food is fresh and delicious and there's tables scattered around the upstairs as well.

I went to Rasika yesterday for lunch and it was phenomenal.
I had the crispy spinach appetizer, beautifully cooked (med rare) salmon, and the carrot cake. My companion had the mushroom cake, lamb entree, and same dessert. Dessert was average but everything else was outstanding. Fantastic, attentive service too.

Love their spicy sausage...I make pizza with the sausage and sauteed broccoli rabe, or pasta with the sausage and their vodka cream sauce.
Also like their prosecco, on its own or generously doused over bowls of gelato, any fruit flavor :-)

What to do with pizza dough - besides the obvious?
I have successfully made foccacia bread with leftover pizza dough before, goes great with pasta! I just brushed it with a little EVOO and topped with herbs, fresh or dry, and a few sprinkles of parm.
