You can't. Wild Atlantic Salmon is available to sportfishers and aboriginal fishers only. Many salmon rivers in the east support a catch-and-release program to preserve the sparse stocks. Any shop that offers "Wild Atlantic Salmon" is unscrupulous. Even the 'organic' Atlantic salmon from Ireland, Scotland and Norway has come under scrutiny for the use of colouring agents to give their fish an attractive appearance.
