Dumpling interest
Whoops, I guess that wasn't a good explaination. I'm looking for the larger rounded dumplings - not the small wedge sized 'pot stickers' that I'm finding on most recipies. My bad.

A little while ago I found a great recipe online about how to make full dumplings - sadly I've lost it and can't find it.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knows of a full size dumpling recipe - not the pot stickers looking ones the full sized balls. I'd love to make some but I can't find a proper recipe. (and I can't see one on the recipes section)
Utter fail (need help)
I have 0 (zero) experience in cooking, and that has come out tonight in my massive fail at cooking chicken (Brest; almost 1" thick at thickest; boneless)
I'm not sure what I did wrong but I ruined the outside - I used mid heat with a thin layer of oil then dropped in the Marinated breast. Thing burnt uber fast - What did I do wrong, I feel so lost at cooking.
- Sugar is a possiability (ty bw2082) how would I avoid this? [Aside from using a different marinade]
Making Cookie dough w/o a electric beater.
Recently (few months ago) our beater was thrown out - and now that it's done I have the urge to make Cookies (go figure Karma). Anyone have any tips for making the dough w/o using the electric beaters?
