Best meal I ever ate:
mix of lots of stuff... whipped tofu, tapioca, uni, yuzu, toasted nori at momofuku - seared foie gras, french toast, vanilla truffle gelato, gluwein gelee at home - xmas eve at home every year - mixed grill seafood, arroz negro from a chef buddy - hamachi kama at yakko san.
My current drink of choice:
scotch on the rocks - vino - sake
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Any thing Spanish - seafood a la plancha, almejas en salsa verde, habas con chorizo, embutidos, gazpacho, etc.
