Thanks for the reply. We'll be at the Omni William Penn. No transportation - could take a taxi - but downtown is the preferred option. |

Greetings Pittsburgh Foodies! A few of us are traveling to downtown Pittsburgh for two nights later this month and we're looking for great places to eat and drink while we're there. We'd love to go somewhere and enjoy a really good time - not beer-funneling-21-year-old good times - but a place that we could hang for a few hours and have some tasty food & drinks. |

Wanted to weight in just for fun: some of favourite places to eat for a variety of reasons: price, service, atmosphere, menu: Raintree Cafe - you walk out of there like you saved a farmer and ate well all at the same, so reasonably priced and nice wine list and desserts Sole, Rude Native, Charcoal/Martinis/Del Dante/Wildcraft....take a pass for being unremarkable! ----- Raintree Cafe Masala Restaurant The Bauer Kitchen |

Here are some of my fave's - some are in Waterloo which, if you're not familiar with the area, is a quick drive across the railroad tracks! Ye's Sushi - 103 King W, Kitchener Enjoy! |
