One amazing dinner in Denver - Help?

Good to know... I think I might scrap the Thai plan. You never know where you might find good Thai, and I just wanted to see if Denver might have been one of those places :) Not looking like it, tho

Looking more for around 20-30 out the door per person without drinks, entrees can be around 10-20 or so, we probably will get one app and split it and then two entrees. We tend to like local favorites in that price range or cheaper, or hidden gems.

One amazing dinner in Chattanooga - Help?

Hey fellow chowhounds!

I'm driving across the country for a big move and will be staying in Chattanooga one night. Since it will be the first time I will be visiting the city, I must get your feedback on the best places for dinner. I like any type of food. As far as price range, I am traveling with my mother and she doesn't like spending too much money, so something between 20 and 30 dollars per person would be the max for dinner. Not sure what the location will be yet, but I will likely be sticking near I-24, so restaurants 10/15 minutes away from the freeway should be excellent.

Thanks!

A brief footnote: While I want to hear about all the local favorites, we really like Thai food. Not sure how the Thai is in Denver, but if it's good and you have a place to suggest feel free to add it.

Thanks!

One amazing lunch in St. Louis - Help?

Hey fellow chowhounds!

I'm headed across the country for a big move and will be driving through St. Louis around lunch. Since it will be the first time I will be visiting the city, I must know:

What is the number one type of food I must try in St. Louis? I've heard the pizza is incredible. Other suggestions? Specific places to try? The best place in town for lunch?

As far as price range, I am traveling with my mother and she doesn't like spending too much money, so something between 15 and 20 dollars per person would be the ballpark for lunch. Also, my location will be pretty limited and I don't want to venture too far out into the city, and will be sticking near I-64. I will, however, be visiting the Gateway arch, so something around that area would be perfect!

Thanks!

Coming from Salt Lake City, looking for some culinary experiences in SF. Help?

Quince really appeals to me, but I'm concerned that I don't have a way to get there. Do you have any idea how I might get to Quince from a BART station?

I'm glad to hear Chez Panisse is good, because that's the restaurant I'm looking forward to the most! :)

Coming from Salt Lake City, looking for some culinary experiences in SF. Help?

Sorry if I'm repeating frequently asked questions. I'm from SLC and will be coming to SF for 5 nights in February. Salt Lake is pretty scant on exceptional restaurants (only a few come to mind), so I'm looking for some wonderful restaurants (hopefully every night) while I'm in the Bay Area and can't decide between restaurants on some nights. I love all kinds of food and atmospheres. My transportation capabilities are basically limited to transit and cabs. Money is not really a concern.

Here's what I have so far, any suggestions/help would be fantastic:

--Thursday night: I'll be in the Union Square area. I'm deciding between Farallon and Aqua (I've heard Aqua has better food, but Farallon is more atmospheric and more of an experience. Thoughts?)

--Friday Night: I'll be in the Wharf area, and made a reservation for Gary Danko.

--Saturday Night: I'll be in the Berkeley area, and am planning on making reservations at Chez Panisse. (Is this place all hype or is it really that good?)

--Sunday Night: Still in Berkeley area... any ideas? (Preferably close to Cal campus)

--Monday Night: This is really up in the air. It needs to be a place relatively close to a BART station and in San Francisco proper. I'm deciding between Ame and Boulevard. Thoughts?

Thanks.
