Recipe for salmon teriyaki [moved from San Francisco board]

Hi: I'm new to the site, but thought I'd send you a recipe that is popular on the East coast. (I know you were looking for a restaurant in the SF area, but I can't help you there!) Take 1 large salmon filet (2-3 lbs) and brush it with your favorite teriyaki sauce. Peel and dice/grind or chop as much fresh ginger as you like - if you want this dish to be HOT, use at least 5-6 large "hands" of ginger, (with all the fingers or nobs) but at least use 1 hand! Spread cut ginger over top of salmon filet, patting it down so it will "stay". Then pour more teriyaki sauce over the topping or if you prefer, soy sauce. Bake in a 350 oven or wrap in alum foil and cook on grill till meat is cooked but still tender. Enjoy!
