Thanks for the reply. I called AG Ferrari and Ratto's and neither place carries them. Finally found them at Rainbow in SF.

I searched Berkeley Bowl, Monterey Market, and the specialty shop on Hopkins to no avail. Anyone know where I can pick up some dried chestnuts, preferably in Berkeley but I'll go to Oakland or SF for them if need be.
