Korean-ish Restaurant Uptown
The place on Eglinton West is actually called Bi Bim Bap. Stone Bowl is the name of their website. Guess bibimbap.com was already taken. And they make their own kimchee. Lots of vegetarian options, too.

YOU GOTTA GO TO BARQUE FOR BBQ!
If you were familiar with the Dipammo story you'd know why the Eglinton "franchise" went out of business. Prices had nothing to do with it.

M&B Yummy Ethiopian on Queen West at Brock = vegan! Dead cheap and licensed, too. The Rhino is a non-trendy bar with a big selection of beer a few doors away— over 300 bottles and cask ale, too.

Dim Sum at Yang's - Major Disappointment!
I don't understand why not seeing white people in a Chinese restaurant means that the food is good. I'd imagine there are quite a few bad Chinese restaurants not frequented by white people.

Wings and beer at Bloor and Brunswick: St. Louis vs. Puck n' Wings?
St Louis franchises are generally pretty bad, so just about anything's got to be better.
