a lamb stew, South Asian style
My favorite comfort food:
tuna casserole with rice, peas, kimchi. Latterly: fontina, sautéed shiitake and a cracked-open egg steamed to meltingness and runniness over polenta and then drizzled with olive oil and barely anointed with truffle oil. If I am missing a key ingredient, please tell me.
