The food is good, as well as the atmosphere. But there are a few servers that are very rude. There's plenty of restaurants on Hanover Street and in other areas of the North End with food just as good, if not better--and without the attitude. |

I can sympathize, I had two terrible experiences here as well. The first time I came for lunch during the summer. The food was decent, but nothing special, and the atmosphere was nice (it was summertime and they opened the patio). However our waiter was incredibly rude. He had an attitude as soon as he approached us, and made the experience an unpleasant one. But because the food was still decent, I decided to give it another shot a few months down the road. The second time was during the winter, and we had a different server. They sat us upstairs at a table that happened to be across from a screaming child. My husband and I tried to endure it. We lasted past ordering a bottle of wine and our meals, but by the time our appetizers arrived it was just miserable and ruining our experience. I politely asked if there was a quieter table we could move to, and the server was incredibly rude again. He interrupted me mid-sentence, and told us that this is our table, and if we didn't like this one than Saraceno's can't accommodate us, and walked away. We walked out shortly after. |

I really liked Fiore. My food was good, as well as the service... definitely go back |

I had a really good meal here, I'd definitely recommend it. However next time I might dine a little earlier. We walked by the restaurant at 6 and it was full, so we decided to walk around the town and have a later dinner, and made reservations for 8:30. By 9:30 most of the tables were empty, and as we were eating dessert at not even 10:30 it was empty except for our table. We weren't rushed, but it's such a small restaurant that it got a little uncomfortable with the place to ourselves. Maybe the early crowd was just a fluke, because after leaving it looked like the rest of the town was dead too. |

Best restaurant in Marblehead? If you're looking for italian, Pellino's right downtown is a good choice. I'd recommend it over Cafe Italia. |
