(DFW/Arlington) Christmas Tamales There is a carneceria on E. Seminary in Fort Worth that has the best pork tamales I've found. They aren't a bit dry and there is plenty of filling. I'm sure they use lard. I don't think they speak any English whatsoever but it's easy enough to order a dozen to go. |

Best BBQ Beef Ribs in the Fort Worth area ? Riscky's has all you can eat beef ribs on their menu. I had them a couple of years ago and they were good. |

Best Burger In Dallas/Fort Worth Pop's on Hwy 377 about 1/2 mile SW of the traffic circle gets my vote. The jalapeno cheeseburger is my favorite. Actually, it is all I've ever ordered. I like it much better than Pappadeux, Bubba's, or 5 Guys. The fries are the best I've ever had too. |

AKA pork rinds. They do it right in Louisiana and there are lots of places to get fresh made cracklins there but I haven't found anything as good around here. |

The breakfast burritos at Melis Taqueria at 4304 West Vickery are outstanding. They have egg, chorizo, beans, and cheese and are $2.75 each with red or green hot sauce on the side. One will fill you up. |

The Fort Worth Costco on Overton usually has frozen prime steaks but I've never seen fresh prime steaks there. |
