We are going to be in Napa for three nights - any suggestions where to eat? We have been to French Laundry and Martini House and loved both. Any thoughts on the restaurant at Auberge du Soleil? Terra? Redd? Go Fish? Any others we should try?

Eggs with smoked salmon - need help!
I wanted to make scrambled eggs with smoked salmon this weekend but have never done it before. Not sure when to add the salmon to the eggs, if there is anything else I should add to the eggs (I was thinking chives)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I was just going to serve with english muffins and a fruit salad, any other suggestions?
