Fried brains, fegato alla venziana, florenitine tripe, cannellini and oil, tortellini in brodo, ossobuco and peas, mantisshrimp, marinated anchovies, gnocchi alla romana, pappa al pomodoro, pasta e fagioli, crostino nero.
