Foodies need Maine restaurant recs!!

Darby's in Belfast is always good. We went there twice on our way too and from Bar Harbor over Memorial Day weekend.

Cheap Boston Date Night?

Thanks everyone! A wine bar seems like our idea of a 10th-anniversary-without-kids-level date night, so we've made a reservation at Bin 26 Enoteca. Thank you all for the wonderful suggestions!

Cheap Boston Date Night?

Our cheap would probably be entrees around $15-$17, though I do like the idea of small plates at Oleana.

Cheap Boston Date Night?

My husband and I are spending Saturday night in Boston in a few weeks to celebrate our anniversary. We Pricelined a room at the Liberty Hotel, but don't have a lot left over for a fancy meal. However, I would like to find a special restaurant for dinner. We love all kinds of ethnic food. I'm looking for restaurant recommendations that are relatively cheap, good but not fancy food and near the T.

Birthday breakfast?

Thanks, everyone. Balthazar was just the thing - and we were able to stroll through Dean and Deluca on the way home.

Birthday breakfast?

I'm looking for a place in lower Manhattan to take a friend for a nice - even fancy - birthday breakfast on a weekday next week. Any suggestions? (I've cross-posted this on the outer boroughs board because I live in Brooklyn and wouldn't mind staying near home, but would be happy to come into Manhattan for something special.)

Birthday breakfast?

I'm looking for suggestions for a place in Brownstone Brooklyn or lower Manhattan to take a friend for a nice - even fancy - birthday breakfast on a weekday next week. We live in Park Slope, and the only reliable breakfast place I know is Perch. Any other suggestions for the neighborhood and beyond?

One day in Paris - where to eat?

My husband and I will be spending 12 hours in Paris on Tuesday, June 17, in the midst of a trip to visit friends in Belgium. We've been to Paris once before, and don't feel anxious about hitting the big tourist sites. I'd like to center our day around a really amazing lunch in a beautiful neighborhood where we can walk and shop and just enjoy the Paris atmosphere, but I can't decide on the restaurant! I've been spending a lot of time perusing this and other boards, but am overwhelmed by the choices. So, a question for the Board: if you had just one meal in Paris, where would you go. We're not interested in restaurants with Michelin stars - we want it to be comfortable and delicious. Aux Fin Gourmets, Au Fil de Saisons, Josephine chez Dumonet - these are what has been looking good to me.
