Peking Gormet Inn Still Rockin
It's been about eight years since we've been. When we had a duck jones we went to oriental regency which is now closed since the duck came from peking anyway. I had a mean urge yesterday so called peking and got a resevation for 7 pm. It was like We had been there last week. The place was controlled pademoinum, lines out the door, no room to move It was crazy! It was just the two of us so we got lucky and actually sat down at 7. Have to say the duck still rocks, tastes the same as it did eight years ago.Only one old timer still left carving. They now have two hispanic ladies carving as well.Ours said she had been doing it for 5 years! We had a couple of other dishes and they were excellent as well. They are back in our rotation but not on Sat. night !

It is good. Great white pizza. They do tend to under bake alittle but about as good as you'll find in Vienna.

Lunch this past friday
Cheeseburger some terrible formed processed meat patty.
Cheese steak half stale roll dry tasteless meat.

Went and got some chow for the game today. Have to say the ribs were excellent. Slaw , potatoe salad, beans, wings, corn bread were all so so. Definately go back for the ribs.
Rib Roast...to slow roast or not?
I sear the roast on all sides on the grill then either put it on the rotisserie at about 250 untill it reaches 130 or finish it the oven on convection bake at 250 again untill it reaches 130. Always gets major compliments.
