Romantic Rome

Well I'm taking the plunge and after quite a few years am going to ask my lady to marry whilst in Rome on Valentines day.
Flights and accom all booked, so just need to choose where to propose to her - can you guys help?
I was thinking of a restaurant, and want a romantic one, but one that is not so stuffy you can hear a pin drop. So somewehere with good food and a buzzy atmosphere.
I'm prepared to pay decent money (I think I'll have to on the 14th Feb!) but would like something unique to mark this special occassion.
Any recomendations warmly welcomed.
