The Wiener Factory - has it resurfaced anywhere??? Just found them today and I was NOT disappointed. I had no idea they had a truck. Had a cheese dog and it was damn good. We will be back. |

wow. i could not have had a better experience anywhere! the locally grown food was fresh and creative (don't miss the cheese and charcuterie plates!), the space clean and modern, the service excellent and the prices, extraordinarily reasonable. our waitress suggested wine pairings for each course and was dead on each time. this is a true gem not to miss in santa barbara. why the cheesy italian restaurant next door playing "that's amore" had a line around the block and we had no problem getting a reservation for six on a friday night at square one, is beyond me. i'll be back as soon as possible! |

Hey Chowsters! We just got back from El Morfi - This place is great! The food is super tasty, the prices are totally fair and the customer service is unmatched - I would come back for the customer service alone. I had the skirt steak - excellent. I definitely recommend any of you Porto regulars to make this the destination next time. |

I want to try Foi Gras but I don't know where to try it Craft in century city. Where ever you end up, avoid the pastes, terrines, etc. Just go for a simple seared foie gras with plenty of salt. |

good vietnamese in the south bay Not exactly the south bay, but Le Saigon on Santa Monica Blvd in West LA is great! I think the cross street is roughly Barrington. |

Vietnamese weasel coffee in LA? I don't know the name of the place, but on the corner of Centinela & Santa Monica Blvd there is a little coffee place right next to the Volvo repair place. They have said poop coffee. I do not know how much they charge for a cup. |

Surprisingly, the BEST lobster bisque can be found at Hama Sushi in Venice. I know it sounds odd, but really,it is bar far the best lobster bisque i have found in LA. Hammy hamlets is pretty good too, but it is way too salty. I think the address for Hama is 213 Windward Ave, Venice, CA. |
