Best meal I ever ate:
Not the best meal per se, but I had a Nikumon (Chinese combination bun) in Yokohama's Chinatown some months back that comes back to me in dreams.
My current drink of choice:
It's either a Vietnamese Iced Coffee or a Manhattan Special. Sometimes both. Together. Whatever I need to get me going.
I really wish I could:
1. Go for an extensive eating tour of China and Southeast Asia, 2. Enjoy a bowl of real Ramen with my son Mico someday.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Bagel with cream cheese and kimchi. Definitely an ice breaker.
My favorite comfort food:
Soylent Green

Pick any Waffle House on the Interstate.
My most tattered cookbooks:
Thailand: The Beautiful Cookbook (bought it at Costco for about 10 bucks - great photos)
