Cassells burgers???

I've heard of Cassells, though if I'm in the mood for a burger I just can't seem to grow tired of In-N-Out burger. Is Cassells worth the change?

Better than Matsuhisa??

I'm not trying to start a 500 reply fight over what japanese cuisine is the best in LA, but i reciently went to Matsuhisa and i have to say it was amazing. best i've ever had. please let me in on some of your favorites as well so that i may try as i'm still new to LA, and really just starting to explore deeply into japanese cuisine.

next on my list that i've heard are "a must":
Urasawa
Sushi Katsu-ya

Best Burger in LA?

stop all the fuss... go to in-n-out burger, order a 3X3 (at least a double double) just meat and cheese. have a good amout of ketchup handy. you will not have a better burger experience.

I'm a sushi freak and being new to LA, all I hear about are the super popular and well known places that have the best sushi (Nobu, Matsuhisa, Urasawa, Katana, Koi, Geisha House) and I'm sure they are wonderful. They are also expensive no doubt (i've been to Koi - fantastic, their spicy crispy tuna roll is the best thing ive tasted and Geisha House, also good).

Please give me some help, so many options in LA I want to try all, but also want to have some guidance!! thanks

Best Pizza?? Not Paper Thin Crust Either

Looking for the best pizza in the LA area. other places have led me to pizza joints that are paper thin... good but not what im in the mood for. i want real pizza (real by my american standard i guess), or like a chicago thick pizza. all I hear of is NY or realy authentic Italian, which are good but wafer thin. Help!! and no, i dont want recomendations for like Papa Johns (though i love some PJ) or any other fast food chain.
