Somehow my wife and I have a day off on the same day and our daughter has school. I'd like to take her out for lunch to a more intimate-style restuarant.

She enjoys Thai/Asian food, but I'm more the burger-type - though I will eat Asian if I can get a pretty clean dish (i.e. Chicken in the Garden at Duck Walk in Wakefield - we go there often otherwise that'd be good for our lunch spot).

Location's pretty much open...

I guess I'm looking for a place that'd make her feel a little special in the middle of a week in the middle of the busy Christmas season...

Any help?
