Little Saigon
There is a Vietnamese restaurant in NYC called L'Annan that serves a curry/coconut based soup called La Sa Tom soup. I haven't been able to find this out here. Do they have this in Little Saigon?

This is our first time to Little Saigon, but we've eaten Vietnamese before. And those recs sound great.
