I'm looking for a dry cider for cooking, not necessarily Calvados but anything else would be helpful.Any names ,types, places to buy.

New Year's Eve Dinner in Quebec City
Panache in the seaport is really good. Its attached to a beautiful Hotel and there are some great relics preserved in the lobby and bar area. As far as New Years Eve goes I'm not sure but I would think they would be doing something.
