My Mistake! Not King Edward! Small Plates Restaurant....Victoria and King Street Vicinity

There's Terroni's spinoff: Osteria Ci Cerietria
It's on Victoria St north of Richmond next to La Bettola. 5 Antipasti for $15 to start.

You'll have to take a cab to Guu on west side of Church St just north of Gerrard. Japanese bar food: small plates, great for sharing.

Best sunday brunch place in Leslieville for somebody with gluten and dairy allergies?

I went to Rawlicious in Yorkville for dinner last night. Everything on the menu was gluten-free and dairy-free. My husband had the "Angus" burger and it was really tasty with all the spices and seasoning in it. My pesto zucchini noodles were ok. They're open on Sunday from 11am.

I've been wanting to try Vegetarian Haven on Baldwin St. I'm hearing a lot of good things about it. The menu lists wheat-free options but I'm not sure if that also means it's gluten-free.

I've also bookmarked Tea Tree Cafe on Danforth as another place to try for gluten-free vegetarian/vegan fare.

best jin deui , matuan, jen dai, ma yuan or fried sesame balls in the GTA?

I was never really a big fan of jin deui. Then my non-Asian co-workers took me to Rol San (on Spadina) and ordered jin deui with black sesame filling. I love anything with black sesame paste!! Now I always order those sesame balls whenever I go back.

Not sure if Rol San re-uses the oil, but I wouldn't doubt it.

The dessert ball looks really tasty!!! Where is Grand located?

Most underrated food

+1 West Indian Doubles. :) mmm ...

Restaurant in Etobicoke

Rocco's Plum Tomato on the Queensway (east of Park Lawn).
Pasta ranges from $12 - $17. Mains are not more than $25.

Good Veg options with meat for me?

I'm not sure if Oliver & Bonacini Café is out of your way, but they've got this Metropolitan platter with falafels and other stuff that was really filling for me.

I'd recommend their portobello mushroom burger, but your friend doesn't like mushrooms.

looking for a good lunch around yonge dundas

If I worked in that area, I would definitely hang out at Salad King! Love their Thai food! It's on the south side of Gould St, just east of Yonge St.
Before discovering Salad King, I frequented the salad bar for a cheap and light meal at the Kitchen Table (below ground level of the mall on the NW corner). They have hot meals as well.
I've heard good things about Chipotle, and apparently you can place your order online.

great seafood downtown

If you're looking for a good seafood restaurant in Toronto, I would recommend a Chinese restaurant. Wah Sing on Baldwin St. is pretty good.
They have a 2 for 1 lobster special for $26.95.

Considering that your sister is a vegetarian, how about a vegetarian restaurant?? I'm also a vegetarian that eats seafood (for convenience) and I love Fresh. Even my non-vegetarian fiancé likes it. Fresh is located on Spadina & Richmond, and Bloor & Spadina.
