Restaurant Near the Museum of the City of New York
Thanks folks; but note that I need spade for 40 people for a sit-down lunch.
Restaurant Near the Museum of the City of New York
I am a member of a Retired Men's Association coming in from out of town to visit The Museum of the City of New York midweek at 5th avenue and 103rd Street. We are looking for a moderately priced restaurant in the vicinity for our congenial fun-loving group of 40 people.
Amor Cubano has been mentioned; your recommendations would be most appreciated.
Thanks.

Pre-Theater in Tribeca
My wife and I and another couple will be going to The Flea on White Street next Saturday night and are looking for a pre-theater restaurant at 5 PM. Searching Chowhound, I decided on Locanda Verde and was told that they didn't have a single open space--all night.
Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Not too pricey, but if we have too, we can up the ante a bit.
Thanks,
Bernard Schneider

Lake George
Going biking and rafting in North River, near Lake George. Any suggestions for a dinner place, casual bar to moderately upscale. Ambiance and views a big plus. Much thanks.

Trip to Cornwall -- Also Dorking
Thanks to Zuriga and absurdnerbird
The wedding is at Wotton House in Dorking, where we will be staying. My wife is from London ( in US 35 years), so this time around little interest in London. Suspect that while we are in Dorking, much of time with family, so just thought if we could get away, where we could go; we will have a car. After the wedding, off to Cornwall.
Trip to Cornwall -- Also Dorking
My wife and I will be attending her niece's wedding in Dorking in about a month. We will be taking a few days after the wedding to wander leisurely around Cornwall. Any thoughts about restaurants, inns, etc. Sometimes formal, mostly informal. Places with good food where we could stay ( b and b) would be a plus.
The wedding is in Dorking, so any thoughts about that place would be helpful, as well.
Much thanks,
Bernard Schneider
