I've never heard of Bekseju, but I will check that out next time I'm there! Hope you found the shochu.

Amazing Rice?
I'm taking my rice-obsessed friend out for dinner next weekend and would love to take her somewhere with a really great rice dish. We've been to EN Japanese Brasserie before and loved the garlic fried rice... anyone know of anything equally great? Also, it doesn't have to be fried... jasmine rice, sticky rice, or risotto would do the trick! Thanks!
